OUR FOCUS

PEOPLE, PROCESSES, & PROVISIONING

We work with organizations on the recovery and successful execution of growth initiatives by way of their people, their processes, and their provisioning. Our objective is to enable long-term, stable, and positive growth for our clients. This is derived from an ever-evolving, unconventional perceptual transformation.

Due to the confidential nature of our engagements, we do not publish results or provide testimonials and references. Our clients specifically seek us out because they are in a vulnerable, sensitive, or uncertain state, which requires a firm with special skills and one that operates under complete discretion.

We are based in Charlotte, NC / USA, and provide services to clients who are both domestic and abroad.

Our Mantra

SIMPLE GIFTS

"Simple Gifts" is a song written by Elder Joseph in 1848. The melody shows up as a part of Aaron Copland's music for the ballet, Appalachian Spring, which premiered in 1944. The lyrics to this one-verse song are simple, yet convey a deep meaning that we embrace at SOCRUE™ This melody reveals our core and we utilize it as our mantra in order to share its wisdom with our clients, in that, from simplicity much can be built, avoided, and achieved.

'Tis the gift to be simple, 'tis the gift to be free
'Tis the gift to come down where we ought to be,
And when we find ourselves in the place just right,
'Twill be in the valley of love and delight.
When true simplicity is gained,
To bow and to bend we shan't be ashamed,
To turn, turn will be our delight,
Till by turning, turning we come 'round right.

FOUNDER

ADAM PACK

0.jpeg

I've spent my career analyzing and helping organizations and administrations become healthy and grow. My pedigree spans 30+ years of training and professional experience with tenures ranging at startups to the Fortune 500. Those experiences and trainings were the genesis of SOCRUE™.

I began this consultancy to be a catalyst for positive change and impact the people, places, and things that I couldn’t reach in my previous positions. Liberation from enduring a painful and frustrating journey to grow has been at the core of our focus.  Clients seek us out for two primary reasons: recovery and performance with their growth initiatives. Furthermore, they value our discretion and trust.

For our clients, we’ve been a first resort, last resort, and everything in between. Our practices are unconventional, yet develop distinct capabilities that produce long-term and stable growth.

To ensure the quality of service delivered, we only work with a small number of clients each year who have problems that atomistic options can't resolve. The legacy we intend to leave is knowledge and know-how execution that will become common to the masses, and serve our clients and our communities for generations to come. Thus, enabling them and others we will never know to flourish and evolve rather than repeat a struggling history of survival over and over.

Social Impact

One of our purposes beyond profit is our dedication to social responsibility.

Our devotion to make an impact does not end with the work performed for our clients. We believe our firm has an opportunity, and a responsibility, to use our knowledge, time, and resources to help address issues that negatively affect the lives of many in our communities at home and across the globe.

Our approach to social responsibility includes giving back to our communities, supporting various nonprofits that create a difference for our society, and ensuring that we operate our firm in a manner that is conscientious of environmental and social issues.

Working responsibly

Our Code of Character guides everything we do as an organization and the choices we make. It apprises our vision and strategy as a firm, as well as, the delivery of services to our clients. We are dedicated to developing a stronger organization that has long-term sustainability and enduring value to our people, clients, environment, and society.

Our Supplier Code of Conduct sets our expectations of organizations who work with us.

We adhere to a multitude of professional and ethical standards in the way we work and operate our firm. Our suppliers of goods and services are held to the same standards of social responsibility that we maintain ourselves.

To ensure that our suppliers recognize and uphold these standards, we have developed a Supplier Code of Conduct. We ensure compliance of this code by conducting intermittent supplier assessments.

The Supplier Code of Conduct mirrors the value of SOCRUE™, along with our expectations of the suppliers, including acting ethically and with integrity, maintaining data privacy and security, embracing inclusion and diversity, ensuring fair employment and wages, reducing environmental impact, and providing working conditions that support safety, wellbeing, and health.

Our sustainability policy helps us drive standards of environmental and social responsibility for ourselves and our suppliers. It is one of the many ways we work with people and organizations beyond our firm to practice and promote social responsibility.

Practical Day-to-Day Applications of our Commitment:

We make a concerted effort to reduce our carbon footprint by reducing our energy usage, recycling paper and other materials, and reusing as much as we can.

Reduced Traveling
Most management consulting firms waste an amazing amount of energy on travel. Many can spend as much as 75% of their time on the road. We understand that “face time” is an important component of every client relationship. However, there are times when a trip can be replaced by a teleconference or a web conference, with no loss in clarity of communication. Therefore, we use phone and web conferencing as much as possible.

Environmentally Friendly Transportation
We encourage the use of electric vehicles, hybrids, shared vehicles, mass transits, bicycles, and electronic scooters as much as possible whenever we travel locally, and even when we visit clients in other cities.

Less Space
We share conference rooms and office space to minimize our footprint. That means lower amounts of air conditioning, heating, janitorial services, furniture, and electricity per person.

Improved Work-Life Balance
We encourage our teams to work at home as much as possible. This reduces our need for office space, reduces the amount of time they need to travel, and leads to a much healthier work-life balance.

Less Paper
We don’t use paper business cards, and we submit only digital presentations, proposals, and contracts.

Recycle and Reuse
Whenever possible, we recycle plastics, cans, and paper in our office. We buy recycled paper products and recycle/donate office equipment not in use (ie. printers, computers, and telephones).
