Truth is one of the most valuable things to an organization. It reveals and it allows for direction. There are a lot of incentives for avoiding the truth, which is why it is so valuable. We serve clients who are seeking the truth in order to master their perspective and become a sincere expression of themselves to grow. We don’t compare one Client’s situation to another organization’s social or professional mask. Deception is a popular game. Every organization out there has an issue and our clients don’t want to hire a firm that is just like themselves. They want to bring in a new perspective with different skills that can truly help them move their organization forward. Clients choose us so they can reach their full potential, not just skim the surface.

Movement for reform usually has to come from outside the organization because rarely does an institutionalized system encourage innovative ideas or constructive criticism from subordinates of their superiors. Proposing significant change is frequently viewed as criticism of superiors since they are responsible for the way things are. It borders on disloyalty if not insubordination, so it isn’t surprising that movement for reform usually comes from outside of the organization.

Most executives and leaders want directives to be followed, not questioned.

More times than not, our clients select us because they can’t find the answers to their problems. Either the wrong questions are being asked or what is being sought is much deeper than the effective range of their questions. They realize they need something more than solely an answer. The solution needs to be empowering, dynamic, evolving, and revealing with insights accompanied with context. By itself, a static answer is pertinent, yet has a short shelf-life of relevance. Answers by themselves provide utility, yet create a diminishing return. Answers may alleviate issues quickly, but they won’t necessarily fix the root cause of the problem. The issue will always return once the answer has worn off.

Clients choose us to help them within the domain of their blindspots, especially in the areas of what they don’t know, that they don’t realize exist. Focusing on concepts and not solely the form of inquiries into their issues enables new openings to appear with revealing insights.

These new openings that weren’t present before, allow our clients to leave their unique imprint on this world that no one else can.

Perceptual Transformation

SOCRUE™ seeks informed simplicity for our clients’ situational analysis, recovery, and growth. It is an open-minded view of reality, one founded upon an ability to discern and create clarifying patterns within complex frameworks. Pattern recognition is a vital skill we utilize because it creates highly-ordered arrangements among many competing and often vague factors. Lastly, meta-thinking is employed within all of our engagements, so there is continual dialogue of testing, stretching, criticizing, and redirecting our thought processes to ensure optimal outcomes.

Transformation requires understanding of the context, not the form. Otherwise we are working within the confined bounds of the past. This faculty of observation with distinctions in particular domains allows for new options and considerations to show up that were not formerly perceived or known, which allows for breaking strongholds, removing target fixation, and increasing situational awareness.

Assessment, Awareness,
Adjustment, Action, & Audit

Engagements begin with an exploratory audit where time is spent assessing issues as understood by the executive and leadership teams. We need to know where they are, who they are, and what is around them. Our Assessment will provide a clear picture and awareness of what's working, what isn't, and why. After that, adjustments are implemented to align, balance, and strengthen the health of the organization. Once quality assurance and testing of the adjustments have been completed, the proper actions are executed, measured, and evaluated. Lastly, audits are performed intermittently to ensure alignment, balance, and proper function is maintained in conjunction with their ever-evolving vision and strategy. Course corrections are provided as needed.

If there are any urgent situations or matters that need addressed immediately, they can be prioritized. However, any triage performed is only as effective as part of an overall transformation that will be implemented. Otherwise, there will be recurrences and the situation will become more problematic due to not addressing the root issues. The longer the root issues persist, the less available options there will be to choose from to rectify them. This typically increases the severity of the impacts of the option consequentially or eventually chosen.

The reality is that any insights or strategic transformations are useless if they aren’t executable. Successful execution takes time, commitment, prioritization, simplicity, and accurate perceptions. We can help with all of it from the outset throughout completion.

Manifest Evolution Cycle

At the core of our Methodology sits a manifest evolution cycle (MEC).

Our Methodology is derived from a MEC we utilize to articulate and deconstruct the causality that exists for our clients’ situations. It provides insight as to why they are where they are, and an understanding of the influences that contributed to their situation.

The MEC indicates how issues were created and dictates how they will be remedied.

Every result derives from a perception. Perception is the process by which an individual gives meaning to an exposure. Some clients are aware of those perceptions. Others operate on autopilot and are unaware of the effect of the cascading causality that perceptions have on their circumstances and results. Cascading causality is the sequential acceleration and building of each phase within the MEC. Each phase forms and influences the subsequent phases, thus reinforcing or contradicting the initial perception. It becomes harder to override preceding influences the further evolution has progressed.

We consider each client unique and there is no template, formula, nor transformative routine that works for every person and every organization.

Therefore, our approach is different every time. There is a unique way that is revealed through our initial engagements, and is specific to each client on how it will all unfold. It’s always improvisational. Nothing is rehearsed because no two organizations, situations, circumstances, or people are the same. They are individualized and dynamic.

Prevention is key, but just like people and their health, many rarely seek guidance and help unless there is a problem. Often things are broken, but may not show up until after it has reached critical mass with irreversible damage. Prevention becomes a part of every solution we provide and is embraced as a vital part of ensuring long-term, stable, and positive growth.
